seanmccoy
Hey all. When I try to access Logic Pro Help I frequently get the response that the topic isn't available, and that I'm not connected to the Internet. Well, this is true since my Mac isn't normally connected to the Internet, but why isn't it accessing the installed help file? Surely it isn't necessary to be online to get to the manual, is it? I'm confused.
Eric Cardenas
It is. The help file is kept off site on Apple's servers.
seanmccoy
Wow. Just...wow. I've downloaded the complete manual, but with as many changes as Logic X introduced, to not automatically include the full help file for in-program access is just...wow. steveo12ax7
Check the iBooks app, there is a user guide there which should be installed locally I think.
seanmccoy
Finally got back to Logic this week. I don't seem to have an iBooks app. Maybe because I'm still on 10.8.5?
Tribalman
Finally got back to Logic this week. I don't seem to have an iBooks app. Maybe because I'm still on 10.8.5? And not be able to update to 10.1.1 too ...
seanmccoy
Also true. On that note, is there a general consensus about Logic's stability under Yosemite? Are the improvements in 10.1 worth an OS update?
