GrabtharsHammer
Hi, I created a lane set for the step editor to work with my drum sample player (standard GM midi drum lane set doesn't work well). Now I want to use the same lane set in my other projects, but I couldn't find a way to save and load lane sets to use with other projects. Is there any way to make this work or do I have to create a new lane set for every single new project? I would really like to be able to import the lane set into older projects, too. Thanks for your help!
Solution Eric Cardenas Posted April 14, 2017 Solution Share Posted April 14, 2017 Choose File Project Settings > Import Project Settings. There you have a check box for Lane sets.

lingtalfi
Hi, I don't understand how this works. I created my lane template in project A and saved it, then open new project B, then created a midi region (in project B), opened the step editor, and did the "File > Project Settings > Import Project Settings (selecting project A)" thing (with Lane sets selected), but I don't see my lane imported in project B. Am I missing something?
lingtalfi
Never mind I found it. You need to rename your lane set first (in the inspector: "Lane Set" tab).
