Editing 2 tracks simultaneously

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and have a question related to editing multiple takes on track#1 and track#2 in this case. I'm recording an acoustic guitar with 2 mics, So let me try to describe.

My setup is:

track #1: Mic A on an acoustic guitar

track #2: Mic B on the same acoustic guitar

Both of these will record the same source at the same time.

After 4 takes I obviously have 4 takes on track#1, Mic A

and 

4 takes on track#2 Mic B

Since this is the same performance captured on 2 different mics/tracks, I'd like to be able to edit both tracks ONE time if possible. I'm not sure if there is a way to pair or lock these 2 tracks together so the editing actions of one will be inherited by the other.

This seems a bit more difficult to articulate than I thought, but hope it makes sense.

A follow up question David. As I'm more of a visual learner, do you know of a video that shows this? I searched, but nothing comes up with exactly what I'm looking for.
