follow tempo

Logic 10.3.2:

I have drums that have been recorded to an audio click with 3 tempi 177 - 176 - 178 for verse and chorus. I have grouped and sliced these drum tracks with a 16th note quantisation and Logic has a corresponding tempo track map at 177 - 176 - 178 but the flex markers of the drums don't follow the song tempo.

I read several topics about bugs and follow tempo etc... What's the best workaround in 10.3.2 ?

Right now I just cuted at the corresponding tempo points and draged the regions to the beat. Doesn't seem to be the best way to do it.

Any suggestions?

thank you Eric, I guess the problem is, the tracks came from a PT session

1. when I create a click track in an empty session (with global tempo changes) and bounce it to an audio file can i use it as a reference to import tempo

2. what happens on grouped/phase locked drum tracks. Does Logic applies the tempo info to all of the tracks?
