Daiuto99 Posted October 21, 2017 Share Posted October 21, 2017 Hi - I am new to logic and am planning on recording a few covers to get familiar with the system and work on getting my workflow started. Can anyone suggest the best way to drop an MP3 into Logic and lock it to a click (at the correct tempo of the MP3)? triplets Posted October 21, 2017 Share Posted October 21, 2017 First, add the file thru the project browser window. F on the keyboard and then Control-F will give you a dialogue to look for a file you want to import. Once the file is imported you can drag onto a track. Then put the BPM counter plugin on the track to find its tempo so you can change the project tempo as well and then align the file to the grid.
