triplets
What audio interface are you using?
blacklabradors
What audio interface are you using? It's a focusrite saffire Pro 40. I fixed it but now the record enable button wont show up?
triplets
I fixed it but now the record enable button wont show up? That usually means the audio interface is not selected or doesn't show up in Logic's preferences. Computer probably needs a restart.
David Nahmani
Yes check to make sure an input device is selected in Logic Pro X > Preferences > Audio.
badluck
I know this thread is ancient...but I have the exact same problem with the exact same interface. It seems to be that I’m direct monitoring through the interface itself You said you fixed the original problem and I’m curious. I’m betting my last chip here Edit: NEVERMIND https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/articles/206849879-Why-can-I-still-hear-input-signal-when-I-m-not-recording-or-when-my-recording-software-is-not-open- Referencing focusrites forum page a found out to go into mix control and change the routing preset to daw tracking and this completely solved the issue! I may leave this here in case someone else faces this same issue.
