How do you merge three tracks together?

What's the best way to bounce three tracks into one?

 

I don't want to bounce all the tracks in the project: I just want to combine these three tracks into one.

One easy way that come to mind, would be to solo the tracks you wish to merge

 

What do you mean "solo the tracks"?

I should have said solo the track's assigned channelstrip, although the track's solo button is just a remote control of its assigned channelstrip counterpart...

At first I thought I had to bounce the entire project with the three tracks solo'd, but now I see that if the three tracks are solo'd and highlighted, Bounce>Project doesn't actually bounce the entire project, it just bounces those local track regions, which is much faster.

Yes, bouncing the project will bounce whatever you're hearing when you press play, so if you solo some tracks and hear only those tracks, that's what you'll bounce! Good to hear you got it working as desired.
