ennbe
I am having an issue with running a Korg Volca Keys as an external instrument. I have a recently updated late 2013 MacBook pro with the latest OS and Logic updates. I have a Focusrite 6i6 as my audio interface and midi destination, with midi output cable into the Volca Key midi input and a M-audio Axiom 25 (1st gen) as a controller plugged in via usb to the computer. When I start a new project and create an external instrument, the controller works as expected, sending midi data to the Volca Keys. However when I do certain actions in Logic(for example hit the spacebar, solo or mute a track, or Quit) the external instrument is triggered playing different sustained notes that do not go away. I tried disabling all 3rd party plugins, but the issue is still there. Maybe this is a bug? I am at a loss... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Solution David Nahmani Posted December 12, 2017 Solution Share Posted December 12, 2017 Choose Logic Pro X > Control Surfaces > Bypass All Control Surfaces and see if the issue goes away?
