Region/s missing in bounce

Hi,

I have a software instrument track. It's a region with one note for one bar. It plays perfectly over and over and over. Some times, but not each time I bounce the project, the region is missing/not audible. I check the inspector and compared it to all the other swi tracks and see no difference. I tried creating new region with new note and even new track and got same result. When I tried freezing the track it was there but with a very quiet muffled quality. Same quality issue when I tried bounce track/region in place. And just to recap, playback is without fail every single time and no other tracks have this issue. Also occurred even when logic and project had been restarted several times.
