serpiando
Hi. I'm trying to sum out of my Apollo 16 outputs 1-16 to 16 channels on a console. However, I'm having an incredibly difficult time with regards to the greyed out Outputs 1-2 in the logic i/o labels window. I designated my monitor outputs as 17-18 in the i/o matrix in the UAD console settings, and then selected Output 17-18 in the logic i/o assignments page. Then I configured the Audio Midi Setup on my computer to reflect the output 17-18 designation. Everything is monitoring fine except the Output 1-2 is still greyed out (and sending a full stereo mix rather than what I'm assigning to those outputs) in the i/o labels window. It seems impossible to work around this issue and that I'll only be able to sum to 14 channels. Anyone know how to make this happen??? Thanks!! Atlas007
Have you tried to reconfigure in Logic's audio output preferences?
serpiando
Yes, as I wrote above, I selected Output 17-18 in the logic i/o assignments page (the place you linked to).
hashlock
10 years later and this is still an issue and no explanation given in Logic documentation.
