kerochan
In David's book, mixing section, it states You can select a part of a region to add an fx, I would have used automation to do this in the past, so this selection based processing is amazing! Does it use less CPU than automation? I am guessing it does.
Solution David Nahmani Posted January 17, 2018 Solution Share Posted January 17, 2018 Yes, it uses less processing as the processing is "printed" into a new audio file that is then placed on the track to replace the old audio file in that location. Once you've "printed" that or those effect(s) you're no longer using CPU to process them.
