Hi,

 

Set the "Display Time as" preference to "SMPTE/EBU without Subframes" in Logic Pro X Preferences > Display > General > Displays.

 

Then go to Project Settings > Synchronization and set Bar Position 1 1 1 1 plays at SMPTE 00:00:00:00.

 

I see you've moved your project start marker to bar 0. That can lead to buggy behavior so avoid that if possible.
