maxraphael108 Posted December 28, 2018 Share Posted December 28, 2018 Hi everyone, I am trying to split by playhead, and for some reason it's only splitting a region at the nearest bar. Seems it was a problem with the particular key command I assigned, "T" which I thought over-rode the tempo list editor which it was previously assigned to. For some reason, using that key command made the splits happen on the bar! When using the option menu at the top it worked without snapping, so I thought to try a fresh key command and it worked fine. Thank you! To give some more useful info about this: The Keycommand: "Split Regions/Events at Rounded Playhead Position" Will always split at a Bar, no matter if Snap is turned on (and whatever Snap Value is then set) or turned off. The Keycommand: "Split Regions/Events at Playhead Position Will always split exactly at Playhead Position, whether Playhead is exactly on Grid or "in-between" Grid.
