Scarbee is pretty good, but i don't know if it does single string (notes), because this track you've linked to has a mix of single notes and funky/country style chords so you need to ensure that you have both elements covered.

For a plugin i've always found it impressive.

 

If this is a serious project you may be better served to use a service like Fiverr to get someone to record a loop to your requirements - would only cost like $10, and you can chop/cut it as you require. In comparison to investing into a plugin it's a far more affordable option too.

The more nuance elements that you get from a real guitarist would provide a better end result... But of course, less flexible than going the virtual instrument route which you can sink back into time and time again.

 

There's also the looperman (Free samples) route where you could take a passage you like and process to fit your requirements via pitch/time adjustments. Or just build a track around the key sample where it's cut/chopped to the vibe that you want.
