10.5 Update issue old projects with Multi Timbral Outputs do not work

Ever since the update. which I love, I can not open some of my Multi Timbral Instruments such as EastWest Play Engine, Omnisphere etc.

It says to contact the 3rd party software makers. The problem is that I have worked so hard on these project prior to the update.

I can not replace the vst or all the settings and instruments will be lost.

FYI, If I open a new instance of these plugins, they will work fine... however, this is about my past projects before the update... i am unable to restore the original sounds or settings without opening a brand new instrument with default settings.

There is a problem with Omnisphere in Logic 10.5 (automation and multi-instrument).

Spectrasonics are aware of this and they are working on an update.

In the meantime, your best bet is to go back to using Logic 10.4.x until 3rd party manufacturers release updates.
