vibrotic
When I move track regions or copy and paste them somewhere new and Logic asks you if you want to move/paste the automation data as well, I have always left the "never ask this again" box UNchecked - until yesterday I checked that box. Is there a key command to toggle when you want and don't want the automation data to move/paste? If not, I am looking for a way to turn this notification prompt back on. Any light that can be shed on this topic is much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Solution Plowman Posted July 7, 2020 Solution Share Posted July 7, 2020 Welcome to the oasis of Logic knowledge. Go to the key command window (default option K) and type in "set move track". All three possibilities will show up. There are no defaults, so you'll have to set the key commands to your liking. The other way: Preferences > Automation > "Move track automation with regions:". This is where you set the default behavior.
vibrotic
Thanks so much! I got so used to the default key commands that I never took it upon myself to customize my own.
