Clyde P.
Hi Logic Proes... here's my story... When I use my Deluge as a MIDI slave in Logic with USB, if I start from the first measure of a song in Logic everything is syncing fine, but if I start at any other measure, Deluge freezes and makes a (really loud and not so pleasant;) noise... even if I stop the song in Logic, Deluge is frozen, the Play button is on and there's no way to do anything, you have to power it off... I'm in contact with the Deluge guy and we don't know what's going on yet... the thing is I tried with Cubase and everything works fine... here's a video of the bug (Cubase first... then Logic)... there's also pictures of my settings in Logic and Cubase... (by the way the problem is the same on my 2 computers, iMac, Catalina, Logic 10.5 and MacBook, High Sierra, Logic 10.4) https://youtu.be/5iJ1OgszrmM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5iJ1OgszrmM If you guy's would have any idea... Thanks! Clyde
Solution des99 Posted July 27, 2020 Solution Share Posted July 27, 2020 I'm in contact with the Deluge guy and we don't know what's going on yet... the thing is I tried with Cubase and everything works fine... It's probably down to the developer to investigate this, but if you wanted to dig in, I'd stick a MIDI monitor on the output of both Logic and Cubase and inspect the sync messages that are happening. You should see differences to what's happening when synced with Logic, versus Cubase, and those differences might help you (or the developer) track down what's going on. https://www.snoize.com/MIDIMonitor/

Clyde P.
Yeah... I'm no MIDI expert... tried to see the diferences... but I don't understand enough to see something...
