omar17166
Not sure if anyone noticed this. If you play/draw some midi lines in a midi track (this will be easier to see with chords) and then switch to the Main window, one should be able to see an approximate replication of the data in the track. However, if you try to manipulate the data afterwards, the midi drawing becomes different. It almost becomes just one continuous line! This does not affect the actual data or the sound in anyway. I.e. if you would again open the piano roll window the data will be there intact. To create the problem, record some chords in one midi track. Switch to main window and you should see the midi drawing replicated almost exactly inside the track. Go to piano roll and move/edit some of the notes; go again to main window and the midi drawing won't be the same (not a replica anymore). Not a big issue, but it is quite annoying to look at! (actually it does not happen every time. You need to play with the notes, move them up and down in the piano roll while at the same time watching the main window. At some point, you should see all the chords converge into one line!). (oh, and by the way, you should be doing this with the region copied into a new place, in the same track, or a new track!).
