I'm looking for a way to transfer sample mappings I already have in the sampler (many from EXS24 era) into DMD all together. I have a custom drum kit I recorded a bunch of one shots for and mapped out the samples to my preferred keys. I want to be able to take this mapped out patch and use the new DMD interface along with the new features like step sequencer within DMD. Does this make sense? des99 Posted January 23, 2021 Share Posted January 23, 2021 I'd just use multiple Samplers with your sampler instrument loaded in each one (the samples are shared, so you're not wasting memory doing this) and setting the required note ranges in DMD - that's about the quickest/easiest approach I can think of...
