What's the easiest way to export a track with all info into another project?

What's the fastest and cleanest way to export everything on a track, automation, channel strip settings etc. from one project to another? Do I have to make several stages for this or can't I just move it?

You can't move it.

It's also not recommended to have more than one project open simultaneously. You risk unpredictable behavior and potential project corruption.

 

Use the import function thru the All Files browser on the right:

+1 to what triplets suggested, use the All Files browser to import the track from the other project.

However, couldn't this work more intuitively I LPX? I think it's a tedious process.

All the tracks, global tracks, regions (content), cells, plug-ins, sends, i/o settings, automation and notes of the project appear in the All Files Project browser, and you can select which data you want to import into the current project.

Notifications are an ongoing issue for me. No matter which service I choose to send notification emails, some seem to always end up being filtered out, assumedly by spam filters somewhere along the route. Sorry for the inconvenience.
