adaz4 Posted March 2, 2021 Share Posted March 2, 2021 I have just acquired an Axe Fx Ultra for use with my Logic pro X.The Ultra sounds great into my pre amp and cab, but into my Logic it sounds nowhere near as good as my Guitar Rig 5.So, clearly I have a set up problem. I currently plug into the Ultra front input then use 2 xlr cables out from the rear of the Ultra into the inputs of my Audient ID14 which then goes via usb into my mac mini into logic. Is there a different set of parameters i need to select on the Ultra to get it sounding great?The Ultra "power amp" and "cab" settings are ON.
