jangrenner Posted April 12, 2021 Share Posted April 12, 2021 Dear forum, Is it possible to assign a MIDI controller knob in a way that it will always address, say SEND 1 of the active channel strip? So far, I only got to work it this way: one physical knob on my MIDI controller is allocated to SEND 1 of ONE channel strip, no matter which channel strip is active (highlighted). In my dream scenario, that controller knob will change SEND 1 of the highlighted channel. As I have 8 knobs availabe, I would very much like to assign the others in the same fashion (knob 2 addresses SEND 2 of the highlighted channel, etc...) I see the assignment programming section of the controller assignment window is populated with lots of parameters which I suspect can be set up in a way I describe above, but which the manual fails to explain to me in a way I can understand.
