Jonny cast
I was having trouble on how to re download the program from Apple store without have to pay the 200 again. It’s been a couple years since I bought program and due to viruses I had to restart my computer resulting in program getting deleted. Just need to know how to redownload it without re purchasing
Atlas007
Have you tried to connect to your Apple account
Eriksimon
Viruses on a Mac? A restart that deletes a program? This sounds weird. However, if you log into the App Store with the same ID with which you bought Logic, it should not be a problem.

David Nahmani
Yes as long as you log in the Apple Store with your Apple ID you can download and install Logic Pro as many times as you want without having to pay again.
Jonny cast
Didn’t work. Had to repurchase it at the end of the day. Does anyone have a customer support number?

The way the Apple Store works is, if you log in with your Apple ID, it will list any purchase you've already made with that specific Apple ID and let you download them as many times as you wish. As long as you log in with the same Apple ID. So my best guess is, you probably logged in with a different Apple ID? As for customer support, head on to the official apple.com website and hunt for customer support there?
