mik0mac Posted May 7, 2021 Share Posted May 7, 2021 I'm running Logic 10.5.1 on a 2017 imac pro. There are a number of 3rd Party plugins (Sketch Cassette, Smooth Operator, and many more) that slow Logic to a crawl when the GUI is open. Close the window and logic returns to normal. mik0mac Posted May 8, 2021 Author Share Posted May 8, 2021 Yes. I know it’s not a universal problem with the plugins themselves. On my MacBook Pro I can have the GUIs open without it slowing logic.
