How to record multi-track takes

This is the first time I've tried recording multi-track audio in Logic since I upgraded to Logic X. I almost never do this, but today I want the guitar direct and amp'ed at the same time.

Please refer to my settings...

As you can see I have cycle turned on. I'm expecting take folders to appear, but instead Logic overwrites the track audio with each loop. I can see the regions appearing in the file browser, but that's not what I'm seeking. How do I get Logic to create take folders for a multitrack recording? I don't have this problem when I'm recording a single track.

Thank you!
