songwriter1
Hello all, I just decided to download all the extra sounds in Logic Pro X, and thought this would take a long time as according to the Sound Library Manager everything had the status of 'Uninstalled'. I clicked on everything but it seemed only a couple of GB needed to be downloaded, and then the process was complete. Now everything has the status of 'Installed'. I now wanted to go to the folder where all of this data is stored in order to make sure it is as large as it should be. I've read online that this should be found in the Application Support Folder, which is found in the library. Unfortunately, I don't have a folder for Logic there! I have folders for my other applications, such as Spotify, or Skype, but not Logic. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? Is this some kind of bug? Logic Pro X seems to be running ok. Should I uninstall everything and then reinstall just to make sure there are no problems? Thanks in advance
David Nahmani
There are two Application Support folder. Make sure you go to the root library: Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Logic/
songwriter1
Hi David, Thanks for the quick reply. Found it now. I was going to the Library found in the 'Go' tab of the Finder. My Logic folder is 61.71 GB. Does that sound about right considering I've downloaded everything? I've read some people online mentioning figures over 100GB...
