JMLZ
I've just finished the corresponding chapter in the manual and there's something that's still unclear to me. It's more curiosity than anything really. If having the letter R in red already gets the track to record, why would I need to record-arm it (flashing red icon)? What's the difference? Solution David Nahmani Posted June 24, 2021 Solution Share Posted June 24, 2021 Multiple potential reasons: 1. It allows you to record on an audio track that is not selected. 2. It allows you to record on multiple tracks. 3. It lets you monitor a track's input. 4. It provides instantaneous punching-in capability.
