MIDI file notes disappeared

I had saved my project last night which had all the notes I played as a midi track. There were about 6-7 midi tracks I played. When I opened it this morning, most of the tracks played by me have disappeared. Some notes are audible and present in the midi region ( piano roll). But most of the notes have disappeared. Someone, please help me with a solution. Thanks in advance!

Could it be that you forgot to save before closing the project?

Perhaps digging in one of the previous project's backup, could let you retrieve some ifnot all of them?

To do so:

• In Logic Pro, choose File > Revert to, and choose a backup from the submenu.
  
• In the Revert to Backup dialog, click OK.

I tried doing it. Ended in vein. Please help me with a solution

Are those MIDI regions really empty? Some of them appear to be Apple Loops?

Yes they are. I edited the loops by changing the notes and changed the instrument settings. When I opened later, the notes are missing only in certain tracks.
