Alextee
Hi all For many years I've been a part-time user of Logic but recently have wanted to up the game. I have come across an Integra7 from a friend and have been trying to get it to work with logic. My set up. Logic Pro 10.6.3. Mac Pro 2019, OS 11.5 . USB Focusrite 2i2 1st Gen. MPK Mini Mk3 USB > Mac Pro Integra 7 USB > Macpro Focus rite > Mac Pro I have The editor V2 installed and it works ok in logic. I can edit the unit in the editor, read and play previews but that's where my experience is starting to fail me. Midi Studio Set Control Channel=1 In Utility both input and output are pointing to integra. USB is set on the I7 to both USB and Midi. I can not seem to get the Keyboard to trigger the midi through or maybe I have set it all wrong in Logic Pro. I have searched around and cannot find anything upto date. Can anyone help? Hitting a big wall here. Thanks in Advance Alex
drakepeterdrake
Are you using the Integra via the external instrument plugin? When I do so, I also have a separate channel strip up just for the editor. The input for that strip shows Integra-7, with no output selected. To actually hear the Integra via the keyboard, you have to have it assigned as an external intrument.
Alextee
Thank you so much, it worked!! I set up external midi instrument pointed the midi at the integra and changed the audio channel and can now here the module sound theough audio inputs from the Focurite. Its records the midi track, so off to make some music. Thank you again.
drakepeterdrake
You're very welcome. The combination of the Integra and LPX should be pretty powerful.
