avilall
I am transcribing a symphonic piece. I have notes for Violin-I & II on the same MIDI track. Occasionally, both violins play the same note. In score, How do I show the common note with both up & down stems indicating both violins have to play the note? I have No Overlapping blank in the score inspector window. Avi
David Nahmani
Are the two violins on independent MIDI channels? Do you use a polyphonic score style? avilall
Yes, the notes for violin I & II are on the same MIDI track. Here is the pix of the score that I am trying to create.
avilall
Incidentally, the jpg is of my original manuscript, not Logic score.
extrememixing
Interesting that you wrote the Violin 1 and II parts on the same line of the score. Are they not usually separate? Steve
