Wrong imported tempo

Lol , and what is he importing if it doesn't have tempo information?

It's not necessarily importing anything. It could for example be analyzing the file for transients and use their positions to determine a new tempo map.

To determine where the tempo information comes from, we need to know what's happening when the file is imported: does an alert pop up? What does it state and what do you choose to do? Is Logic's smart tempo mode set to keep, or adapt... etc?

Yes, the alerts popped up, saying it has tempo information and then markers, I import of course. It's set to keep.

Then what Logic imports is the tempo information contained inside the file. If it's wrong, you have to consider how that tempo information ended up in that file. How was the file produced exactly? What was the tempo map of the project where the file was recorded or bounced in?

This is the tempo map that is supposed to be. The stuff was recorded in Logic, there were audio and software instrument tracks, that were exported.
