I would use a typical subtractive synthesis analog modeling synth such as ES1, ES2 or RetroSynth for this. First spend some time creating the MIDI performance, the arpeggio that results in those notes, then start tweaking the sound of the oscillators and filters to get closer to the sound you're looking for. Last, add any effects such as delay, reverb or modulation, to put the final polish on the sound.

Here are two settings each for ES2 and Retro Synth that could be starting points for further creations

 

The ES2 can easily blend between the three oscillators so it also would be possible to incorporate pitch shenanigans that couldn't be done with just the wavetable sweep. The Retro Synth has better organized wavetables. I'm sure something similar could also be done in Alchemy.
