The automatic option may or may not work with your recording, so be ready to make some manual adjustments — however if you don't mind spending a few minutes doing that, it is feasible. See Fuzzfilth's example and animation: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=159598&p=838565#p838344 Alternatively, you can do it using Smart Tempo: https://support.apple.com/guide/logicpro/smart-tempo-lgcp4e829ea1/mac — and here again in the best case all you have to do is set your tempo mode to ADAPT and drag and drop your audio file, but sometimes you have to open the Smart Tempo editor and make manual adjustments.
