There is no way to automate that, quite simply because a) if you think of it, no DAW manufacturer would possibly want to make it easy to leave their DAW, b) software instruments don't easily translate between DAWs and/or OSs and c) it's quite complex in itself.

You may have audio tracks, in Take Folders, possibly with plugins which you may or may not have on the target DAW.

You may have MIDI tracks, possibly with MIDI plugins or other modifying processes, driving either external MIDI gear or software instruments, which in turn may be Logic's (which you certainly won't have on WIN) or 3rd party (which you may have on WIN).

You may have tempo and/or meter changes which modify the grid underneath the music.

You may have automation which will not transfer at all.

So there is no one-click process which will export all this data in a way that you could use it in another DAW. Here's one possible route:

Audio Tracks

- Bounce In Place (BIP) every single audio track either without plugins (if you can replicate the processing identically on the target DAW) or with plugins (if you can't) so you'll get a continuous file which starts at position 1.1.1.1.

- Select all Audio Tracks

- File > Export > 22 Tracks As Audio Files

You will lose all edits, as you'll be getting one long file per track. If you want to keep the edits, don't BIP but:

- File > Export > Project As AAF File

Since AAF only deals with mono files, all stereo files will be split into two mono files. ProTools handles this well, other DAWs (including Logic) not so much. AAF carries no information about plugins and their settings.

MIDI tracks

- Change the MIDI data on every external MIDI- or software instrument track to one of 16 possible MIDI channels.

- File > Export > All MIDI Tracks As MIDI File

The MIDI file will contain the music data for 16 MIDI instruments and the Tempo- and Signature-Tracks. However, it will not contain the synths and their presets.

Drummer Track

This will export as MIDI, so make sure MIDI channel 1 will be reserved for this.

You will lose all audio routing including Busses, Sends, Auxes, Sidechains.

You will lose all FX on Auxes and their routing.

You will lose all Automation.

You will lose the static mix balance.

On the target DAW, import or open the MIDI file, then pull all audio files in at 1.1.1.1. or import the AAF.

Repeat this for all projects.
