Is there some other requirement that I may not be meeting? Had the same problem on my 2015 MBP. I moved 10.6.3 to the trash, open the app store and downloaded Logic Pro. It installed 10.7. Before I could try the delete suggestion, I remembered that I had not installed the Safari and device updates that are required after Big Sur installs. Once I added those, I could update.
