Dynamic_Notes
Is anyone else experiencing this? Cant reproduce in 10.6.3. Perhaps I’m overlooking some pref or setting somewhere? To test I set up a new untitled song with one external midi track. - Set a cycle of 1 bar - Capture 3 or 4 cycles of staccato notes - Solo the track - Expand the Take Folder and choose a new take - Hit play - the take I clicked on produced no sound until I clicked it a second time. Clicking anywhere in an empty area on the track (outside the take folder) will also trigger the take to sound. Any new takes I select produces the same behaviour, transport stopped or not. - If I have 2 Take Folders within a cycle area on the same track, clicking once on any take in for example, Folder A will cause the previous take to now sound from Folder B that didn’t sound before (unless it was clicked twice). It doesn’t happen if theres sustained notes at cycle end point that cause hanging notes - hence tested with staccato. I couldn’t reproduce this behaviour on a Software instrument track. The gif : take 1 selected > hit play> no sound> click take1 again > sound (see orange led in channelstrip) > select take 2 > no sound > click again > sound
