How do I remove embedded info in MIDI events?

Go into one of the editors, and delete the MIDI info you want, just like you would do with any MIDI data.

Probably the event editor is the most precise, but the piano roll with the controller window visible would also work and let you see the data.

Or you could use the Transform window set to delete, say, CC #7 (Volume) events (or maybe *all* CC's if you don't want them, or everything except Notes) and apply that to all your regions. There are many ways to achieve this, those are three that should help...

Thanks for your help, but this is what I’m struggling with as I don’t know how to do any of the above. I checked the events list in the main window but I don’t know how to narrow down to the events just within the region containing the imported MIDI and I don’t understand all the lists and numbers.
