misterpatrick Posted January 19, 2022 Share Posted January 19, 2022 Hi all, I am trying to accomplish something and am wondering the best way to do this. I have a vocal track and would like to follow the melody line with a MIDI track. Converting Flex to MIDI doesn't work as the resulting track is just too messy. What would work is placing the playhead over the note in flex, hit the corresponding note on my keyboard. But because of selection focus - if I have the audio track selected I can't add MIDI - I can't make this work. Is there a way? Is there a way to copy selected Flex "note" and paste as MIDI data? I seems I can only convert the entire track to MIDI? I know I could manually transcribe the data but I am just wondering if there is an easier way to do it.
