uncleozzy
I'm new to Logic (but not to DAWs), and I found the Macprovideo Logic 101 series to be a helpful introduction to some of Logic's features. Most of it was old hat--many of the early lessons are about basic DAW or audio concepts--but there are some helpful Logic-specific tips that have already started to streamline my workflow. I'm a software guy at heart, and had no problem picking up most of the basics (and not-so-basics) of Logic without the videos, but I definitely learned some important tricks (layering instruments, automation). If you want a quick overview of what's in Logic 8, the Macprovideo tutorials are great.
