Echo Audiofire8 + Logic Pro 8.0.1 (and 8.0) on 10.5.2 CRASH

I dont have that interface and I have to say that L8.0.1 has never crashed for me. I am running 10.5.2 on a 2.33gHz MBP with 2G ram. I run all my sessions at 88.2kHz 24-bit. I use it all day long. I am listening back right now while writing this. IMHO, it might be a driver issue with leopard. I run a motu traveler and it seems to run great. Once or twice I have had to quit and restart L8.0.1 right when it first starts because the software instruments seem to not be in 88.2. Once I relaunch, its perfect. What hardware are you using? Any 3rd party plugins installed?

Hello, ive figured its not logic faults.

sometimes it freezes after awake (with no audio programs running in the background!), sometimes just when turn on the unit.

im using Echo Audiofire8 on early2008 mac pro, 10.5.2

the report always says something com.apple.fwAudio...

i presume its a firewire issue ;)

also crashed with wave burner.

heck im wrong, it doesnt "crash" it freezes, i get a kernel panic.
