Muting multiple tracks with 1 click

Thanks for the plug Orsanct! We won't be covering the Environment in those classes (they're for EXS-24 and for analog synth programming), but heck, if there were enough demand we could probably set one up for the Environment. It would be fun, for sure!

Not to detract from any of this interesting programming, but depending on what tracks you need to mute, you might be able to put sets of tracks in folder tracks and just mute one/a few folders at a time...

This is a job for the Environment and as silly as it may seem to some users, it will serve a greater purpose to others.

Perhaps you could program the keyboard buttons to mute four different folder tracks instead of individual tracks.

 

That would be much simpler in the Environment, and give you total flexibility as to what tracks you want to put in each key-controlled folder at any given time.
