kjrichey
I've used Reason with Logic before...I had some trouble getting it set up to work properly but did get it working. I recently began working with Live 5 and getting it to rewire to Logic was a breeze. Here's my problem...I began working with Logic and Reason tonight and Reason is clearly putting out sound however Logic is not receiving it. I've switched the rewire paramater back to Reason from Live, my enviroment is set up properly and to doube check this I ran Live to make sure Rewire was working it ran fine with Live.... I've done all the trouble shooting I know to do. ? Thank you.
David Nahmani
Make sure you first try to only rewire Reason into Logic, without Live in the equation. 1) Start Logic and create Rewire channels: Select any Audio object in your environment or Arrange window and in the object parameter box, set "channel" to the desired Rewire output. 2) Start Reason, go back to Logic and hit play: you should see your audio on the Rewire channel strip. thelocalhost
Did you change the Aux to RW:Channel (for Reason) from RW:BUS (Live) This has a tutorial to help you. http://thelocalhost.googlepages.com/ Try method 2. There's also a Reason+Logic Hints/Tips page. Good luck.
