oceantracks
OK...I took the leap and ordered Logic after watching some training videos and doing a lot of research. I'm coming from the limitations of PT LE, so Logic looks pretty amazing. I still am a little worried about how easy it will be to do routine audio tasks like cleaning up a track's noises at the beginning or end (or middle for that matter) of the track, which you can do in PT REALLY FAST, but other than that, I'm really impressed with what I'm seeing. This idea of Freezing tracks in non real time (DP actually does a live bounce to "freeze" tracks..you have to sit through the whole song) will save me mucho time. So I'll probably be posting lots of dumb beginner questions up here but wish me luck. Nice forum up here! Tom
David Nahmani
Thanks Tom! And good luck, you'll love Logic. You can do all sorts of advanced audio editing with it, so when there's something that seems to be missing, come here and ask!
