Hi, as you probably see, I'm new in here so HELLO :)

My name is Elad and I am a music producer for the lest 8 years working mostly with old Logic 5.5 on a PC. Last week my PC crashed and I thought it's time to invest lots of money and move on to the real thing.

So, I just bought today a brand new Mac Pro and Logic Express.

Anyway, it has been a long day with a lots of copies and backing up.

I just now installed Logic Express on my system and tried to open an old logic project but I couldn't !

The files are grayed out and I can't see any tool tip by logic so I wonder...

Is it possible to open an old logic 5.5 (PC) project on Logic Express 8.0.2 ????

Thanks in advance...

ps.

It's not my first time on a mac, I own a macbook with leopard, but it's my first try for logic 8.
