ggrelad
Hi, as you probably see, I'm new in here so HELLO My name is Elad and I am a music producer for the lest 8 years working mostly with old Logic 5.5 on a PC. Last week my PC crashed and I thought it's time to invest lots of money and move on to the real thing. So, I just bought today a brand new Mac Pro and Logic Express. Anyway, it has been a long day with a lots of copies and backing up. I just now installed Logic Express on my system and tried to open an old logic project but I couldn't ! The files are grayed out and I can't see any tool tip by logic so I wonder... Is it possible to open an old logic 5.5 (PC) project on Logic Express 8.0.2 ???? Thanks in advance... ps. It's not my first time on a mac, I own a macbook with leopard, but it's my first try for logic 8.

prjkt
yes it is the option may be greyed out in the load diagram, but just open the .lso directly (double click on it) be prepared to spend some time re-setting your sessions for Logic 8 though
