Adjusting colors/contrast of the Mute and Solo buttons

Sat Aug 04, 2012 4:15 am

Does it exist a way to increase the vividness of the Solo and Mute buttons colors/contrast in Logic (Mixer or Channel strips)?
I already tried with the Mac display setup to no satisfying result.
Is this my age, or I find these to be too faint to ease their actuation...
I often find myself having to zoom in the view to actually check if these are lit or not...

There is not a preference for this but you could manipulate the .png files to the color you want:

Pretty safe if you do it right.

I've used a slighly-moded GUI for some years now without any problems.

It's always safe if you have back-ups! ;)

And even if you don't have a backup, you can always recover the original files by fishing them out of one of the Logic updates packages available at Apple's website.

Are you encouraging users to skip back-ups?
