ChrisHipgrave
Hi, All of a suddden i've been getting a weird error when i open Logic. It reads: Error reading/writing file "com.apple.logic.pro.cs": @1. Then when i click cancel, it tells me that my preferences could not be loaded and all the key commands are different. The audio driver is also not enabled and when i try to enable it, Logic goes through the au scan and crashes. Does anyone know what i should do to fix this? Thank you Chris
shivermetimbers
Google that code - com.apple.logic.pro.cs This is one solution that showed up. Logic Pro or Logic Express version 7.2 may unexpectedly quit during launch on an Intel-based Macintosh. This happens if the control surface preference file located at ~/Library/Preferences/Logic/com.apple.logic.pro.cs (Logic Pro) or ~/Library/Preferences/Logic/com.apple.logic.express.cs (Logic Express) is copied from a PowerPC-based Mac to an Intel-based Mac. To resolve the issue, delete the file and then launch Logic.
