Koun
Hello there! Tricky question (for me at least). I have a project in 6/8, and I need to turn it into 3/4 where eights become quarters. So, basically, insert a 3/8 time signature, and then somehow, make everything double. Is there a way to to this properly? The idea is that the music doesn't change at all: the ear sees no difference. Just the score Thanks a lot. Logic pro 9 / Mac OSX.

Koun
Thanks for the answer. I didn't find what you said in the Option menu, but I tried the "double time" feature in MIDI > transform. That works, BUT tempo events don't move with the rest of the tracks. How can we get tempo elements to double too ?
Rev. Juda Sleaze
The good gentleman meant the option key, not the option menu. Otherwise known as "alt".
Koun
Oh. Right. Sorry. Thanks! But that still doesn't anser tempo to be dragged too.
Rev. Juda Sleaze
You're welcome The quickest way I find to make tempo changes is typing them in the tempo list.
