leeguirado Posted September 29, 2016 Share Posted September 29, 2016 I have just purchased shevannai - voices of elves library. I have also downloaded the free kontakt player software. When i try and add the shevannai library to kontakt and try to open the instruments it says that the content cannot be found and that the files are missing. Has anyone had this same issue or know a way around it? I have tried the batch re-save function which i read about but this just searches for the files and then stops with know results. An issue that some people had was permissions, but your problem doesn't appear to be exactly the same. But might still be useful to share this support ticket of Best Service: This is a permission problem on your mac. Please try the following: Set the permissions for the folder Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Service Center to Everyone - Read & Write (attachement) Then read the library and activate it through the service center.
