Caiman_Isle
So being a dirt poor college kid, would you guys say that LANDR and other companies like it are good for mastering your songs/tracks? Or should I just use a producer that I know. I can get my song produced by the producer for around $80 or I could get it done by LANDR for like $20-$30. What do you all recommend? I'm not at the point yet where I can mix and master by myself, so I'm looking for something to do until I'm confident in my abilities. Thanks!! Ploki
Outsource is to s#!+-holes like my country, we usually do masters for 50€/song. Depends on what you need really. LANDR is pretty bad as my experience goes. Either bite the bullet and learn how to decently do it yourself or pay someone to do it.
rickenbacker360
I tried mastering my own stuff for a few years using Ozone. I can seriously tell you to hire a pro. As good as I did, I never got remotely close to what a pro can do. Everything just sounds right on any system (my attempts didn't).
