kerochan
I see the fantastic Logic DRUMMER comes with various EQs and Compressors, does this mean I don't have to add/change anything re EQ/Compression? its already processed right? I know I can change things if I wish, but I shouldn't really have to change that side as they are already set to sound good, is this correct? Many thanks
David Nahmani
You don't have to do anything, but there's not a single way to process drums "right." It depends on your mix, the instrumentation, the genre, the sound you're going for. All things the person who dialed in those EQ and Compressors wasn't aware of. This is what I thought David, I have just started studying Eq and compression, so I guess the Drummer drums are not the best to experiment with? as opposed to a recorded kit with mics?
